I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the doctors and the entire team at MVZ Gynäkologisches Operationszentrum. This was truly the best medical experience I have ever had. It has been a long time since I encountered such a kind, friendly, and polite attitude toward patients.

As an expat who recently moved to a new country and doesn't speak German yet, I felt completely at ease. The staff speaks English perfectly and explained every step of the procedure clearly and understandably. After my surgery, the nurses checked on me frequently and kindly offered drinks. Most importantly, I had no pain at all after the procedure and felt great throughout the rest of the day.

A huge thank you to Dr. Kühn and the whole team for your incredible professionalism, empathy, and positive energy! ❤️

I had an operation there today. From nurses to doctors everyone is very professional, kind and warm. Right before my general anesthesia, a nurse kept holding my hand gently to show her presence and support and I can’t explain how such a tiny gesture calmedmy anxiety. Such tiny but humane details make indeed the most huge difference! I thank to all staff deeply from my heart!
Note: the only thing I find annoying was that you have to bring your own bedding, “due to environmental reasons”. I unfortunately find this part very wrong. Even when someone bring their own sheets, they would (and should) wash their bedsheets that were used in a public clinic. So it doesnt matter for the environment if I wash it or the clinic, it just saves the clinic effort and money. Especially in an operational healthcare institute, such things need to go through professional cleaning with right cleaning agents and temperature, so I find it completely wrong to leave this to the patients. Plus the stress of having to deal with your own bed sheets yourself pre- and post-OP. Anyways, still 5 stars because professionally and humanely I can fully recommend them. There only seems to be room for improvement when it comes to clinic conditions.

Everything was perfect. Efficient from scheduling the appointments to the procedure itself. But most importantly: the team was incredibly empathetic and caring. On the day of the OP, I was pretty scared because I'd never had surgery before (and my bad experiences being treated in Berlin didn't help). But the loving care I received from the entire staff helped me tremendously. I woke up smiling after the anesthesia and went home peacefully. To every member of the team: thank you so much for your professionalism, your smiles and your empathy ❤️

English speaking!!! Very gentle nurses and anesthesiologist, everything very organized on the day of surgery and well explained so you know what to expect.

One thing to note is that partners are not allowed, so you have to go through the whole process alone - it felt quite isolating.

The preliminary appointment Doctor was very insensitive / lacked empathy I must say, but the rest of the team was very kind.

I would recommend this place.

I scheduled an appointment to get a surgical termination of my pregnancy at 6 weeks. I bled on the morning of the consultation appointment, the doctor did an abdominal ultrasound, and when I asked what he was seeing he did not reply, after I got dressed he then said half the pregnancy is gone (what does that mean?) and prescribed me cytotec.
I did not receive a consultation appointment and the abdominal ultrasound was the only diagnostic tool the doctor bothered using.
So instead of a surgical procedure I had to take pills only to pass the gestational sac 4 days later and then realize my pregnancy could have been fine and I could have had a surgical termination like I wanted to originally because on week 6 you can't really see anything unless a transvaginal ultrasound is done, the doctor just didn't bother.
I was not 100% sure about terminating my pregnancy, but thinking I had a miscarriage I assumed it was the only thing to do, the doctor's lack of transparency left me feeling guilty, violated and uncared for, it didn't matter to him to not check thoroughly enough assuming I will not know the test he performed was not enough.
This experience left me feeling devastated.

From the nurses to the doctors, everyone at this MVZ was extremely kind and caring. I couldn’t be more pleasantly surprised! I came here for a diagnostic laparoscopy. While of course, it helps to speak German, the doctors also speak in English. Highly recommended!
